NO! Novidá is a platform oriented towards the productivity of operators in their different functions, and not a telemetry system. By the way, the KPIs we generate are very different and complementary to the telemetry and automation systems of the vehicles.

The Vehicles module helps managers manage the allocation of operators of internal vehicles, such as forklifts, to measure their productivity. The KPIs generated on the vehicle are based on their use by the driver(s), thus producing indicators of use, allocation and productive time of the driver and, consequently, of the vehicle.

The Smart Tag is a device oriented and designed to support the operator and must be carried by him throughout the entire working day. In this way it is not possible to leave the smart tag in the vehicle.

Allocation and productive time are an important part of the information, but they do not close the complete cycle of productivity, for sure. As in the case of teams that have planning, follow the records and notes in the Novidá Activities Application (or another checklist that is using in the Smart Tag or in the notes made in SAP, for example) or even for production line functions, the your system’s machine OEE information and the hourly takt time.
